By ordering products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. 

2. All front and closure wigs will be shipped within 7-12 working days. We will email you your tracking number when it becomes available, which may be 24 hours after it has been shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Once your item is in the possession of the shipping provider, Dynaproduction Hair Braiding Salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will not issue a refund or replacement. Please work with the shipping provider directly.
