Scheduling your appointment means that you have read and fully agree to our policies.
THE DYNAPRODUCTION EXPERIENCE
Appointments are booked online on this page. (dynaproduction.com/book.)
We assign your stylist when you arrive. You may also have more than 1 stylist working on your hair at a time.
The time we give in each style below is an estimate. Each client’s head size, hair length, hair thickness, and/or tenderness etc. can vary.
Braiding hair is INCLUDED in your prices in natural colors (1, 1b, 2, 4.) If you need colors, it will be an extra $5 to $10 depending on your style. This does not apply to the Ombré category. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO PICK YOUR COLOR IN THE ADD-ON SECTION BEFORE YOU BOOK.
We strive to be a positive, peaceful, and relaxing studio. Please be kind and respectful to your stylist and other clients.
We will check in with you throughout your service to make sure you are satisfied. Final payments are CASH ONLY and NO REFUNDS are given.
OUR POLICIES:
STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY
If you have any Covid-19 related symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms 48 hours before your service, please reschedule to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy.
A 20% deposit is required for all bookings.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go toward your final balance. We do not offer refunds on deposits after the appointment has been booked. Clients may reschedule their appointment instead.
Reschedule Policy
Clients may reschedule up to 2 Days / 48 hours before their appointment. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule with less than 48 hour notice, please text us and we will do our best to reschedule you: 502-509-9440.
Remember, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

A $10 late fee will be added to your balance for every 10 minutes late.
This means, if you are 20 minutes late, $20 will be added to your balance.
In order for us to give the best and fastest service to our clients,
No-shows will be canceled and will not be able to book with Dynaproduction in the future.
Booking in Advance
You may book your appointment up to 30 days in advance.

Full name
Style you would like along with add-ons

There will be a $50 additional fee added to the final cost of your style.
Cash Only Final Balance
Your final balance must be in paid in Cash Only due at the time of service!
NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED.
Our stylists will check in with you before your service begins to make sure you have the style that you wish and again before paying at the end of the service.
Clients must have at least 5 inches of hair at the front and back in order for our stylists to braid.
PLEASE WAIT TO BOOK UNTIL YOUR HAIR IS AT LEAST 5 INCHES LONG. We will not service short hair and your deposit will not be refunded.

Clients are responsible for knowing which products or hair they might be allergic to. Dynaproduction is not responsible for allergic reactions to hair, hair products, or hair supplies.
Be Kind and Respectful
Dynaproduction has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disrespectful, or otherwise negative behavior to any member of our staff or other clients.
